Roy has been in the entertainment industry since the 1960’s and brings with him a wealth of experience, not only in the country dance scene but also in the art of getting an audience up on their feet and having a whale of a time. Roy has been a country dance caller for over forty years calling with a variety of bands and is highly respected for his knowledge of traditional ceilidh dances. Having been a children’s entertainer for forty years, Roy has a wonderful way of involving the younger generation in the dancing whilst engaging with all members of the audience to ensure your guests have a fantastic time.

Hugh Bradley has been a working musician the majority of his life. Involved in traditional music for over 35 years, Mr Bradley has collaborated and toured with notable aritsts such as The Whisky Priests, Steve Tilston, Jez Lowe and The Broonzies. His talents, of which there are many, have taken him all over the world and more recently have been acknowledged by the BBC Folk Awards after his collaboration with Steve Tilston. Hugh also plays mandolin, whistle and is an awesome harmony singer!
Banjo player/Guitarist & Comedy Genius
Gerry brings to the band a sense of fun with his bouncy banjo style and brilliant one liners. Having played in a variety of Irish bands for over thirty years, Gerry’s knowledge of jigs and reels is humongous! Banjo and guitar aren’t the only instruments in Gerry’s arsenal, his fingers are but a blur once he gets on the mandolin. Having been Roy’s compadre for many years, there isn’t a song that Gerry can’t apply his dextrous digits to, his glorious guitar skills are the icing on the cake.
Double Bassist/Saxophonist & Rhythm Driver
Adam graduated from Leeds College of Music with an enormous sense of how music should be played – he has since broken all the rules and enjoys throwing in some complicated jazz chords and Funk Brothers style bass lines giving the band a swing and a driving rhythm that keeps dancers coming back for more. Being a Big Friendly Giant, Adam requires instruments in proportion and when he isn’t throwing his double bass around the stage, he’s blowing some mean solos from his Baritone sax!
